Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time:

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks after payment is confirmed.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time to ship. You will be notified of the estimated shipping time for such items at checkout.

    Please note: We ask you to bear with us keeping in mind that you will receive a handmade, tailored-for-you product. Hence, we will need 4-6 weeks from the time we have confirmed your order.
    For orders received during a sale or promotion, delivery may take 6-8 weeks. Please let us know in advance if your shipment is urgent and needs to be prioritized.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
    Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Domestic Shipping: 2-3 weeks
    • International Shipping: 3-4 weeks

    We offer free shipping all over India.

  3. Shipping Methods:

    We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
    For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

  4. Tracking Your Order:

  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may be restricted due to shipping regulations or logistical issues. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.

  6. Customs and Duties (International Orders):

    For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

  7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

    Once your package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
    If you experience an issue with lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

  8. Address Accuracy:

    Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
